1. Stop complaining and appreciate how lucky you are every day.


We often complain about a lot of things. All the time we are like why this happened with me? why am i always the victim of things? Why i get so less? Why i dont have a good job or good body like her ? Just stop complaining and ask yourself a question why am i complaining? And is there a positive outcome of this complain? For instance i complain why I don't have a good job? I dont have a good job because i didnt work that hard for it or may be i am not suitable for it. So just stop complaining rather than that start working for it and appreciating what you have. Appreciate that you had food today, you have parents, you have all the facilities, you have friends to talk. When you will start appreciating everything that you have you will automatically stop complaining. And when you will stop complaining you will stop investing your energy into negative thoughts and you will be more happy.


2. Say goodbye to people who dont bring positive energy into your life.


As i always say stay away from toxic people. People who dont give you positive vibes are not good for you. Even the people who try to change you or insults or degrade you for who you are, just leave them they are not good for you. Always notice how someone reacts or replies when you tell them a good news related to you if they dont appreciate it or makes you feel like you are a fool just leave them. These people just bring negative energy in to your life. Staying with these kind of people will never let you grow. So just stay away from them and be happy and productive.


3. Throw off the tv and set internet controls.


Stop wasting time on tv or movies or surfing on internet instead invest that time in learning and growing your skills. Watching tv all day will not pay your bills it will not make you a better person it will not make your dreams come true. Even too much internet surfing is a waste of time. Control your internet and tv timings and invest rest of the time in studying or making your buisness grow or work on your dreams. Internet can be very useful when used in right way. So use it in right way learn from it grow from it take information from it and become a better person.


4. Commit to the goals you set and never look back.


I challenge you to give next 6 months of your life  to your Goal. Just focus on your goal do every possible thing to make it work. No excuses no unserious behavior only hard work with full dedication. Even if you dont succeed in 6 months you will definitely be ahead. You will learn so much in these 6 months and after 6 months you will work even hard. You have got one life, just one life to make all of your dreams into reality. So work for it and achieve it and be proud of it.


5. Sweat everyday to boost your mood.


Excercise everyday or atleast 3 to 4 times a week. Workout is so important to keep you going. Working out not only keeps you fit but it also helps in lifting up your mood. You feel more happy and energized. You will feel more healthy and fit and when you feel that you are fit you become more confident about yourself. You can join gym or you can simply workout at home with the help of YouTube you can even perform yoga or go for a walk daily. Whatever you like to do just do and you will see the difference that it will bring in your life.


6. Fail forward. Learn from every mistake that you make.


Never fear from making mistakes. No one is perfect and we are not on this planet to be perfect we are here to be happy and better with every day passing. So feel free to try things and feel free to make mistakes. If you will not make mistakes then how will you learn. So make mistakes and learn from them and forget the mistake but never forget the lesson.
